When I have been to classes at Quilters Haven, lots of my quilting friends have admired my holdall that I keep all my "travelling" quilting stuff in, so I thought I'd share a picture of it will my blog readers. I's a Norwegian pattern by AnnAKa and was quite tricky to pit together, but it was soooo worth it - no-one else on my classes has got one like this!!
My friend Hanne stayed with me in May, and she brought me the kit to make this holdall "Ut på kurs" - it's big enough to keep my large cutting board in (my large board is 18" x 24") and all my rulers - it's made with canvas and linen, and some of my batik scraps for the strips and the applique.....
