A bit of secret sewing has been going on at Forman Towers, using a "Safari Life" charm pack by Stacy Iest Hsu for Moda, some yardage from the same collection, and some pale grey Grunge spot also by Moda. This was purchased on a recent trip to Sew and So's at Bungay. I can't reveal the finished project just yet, as it's being posted off to a very special little boy on Tuesday, and I don't want to spoil the surprise!

Hi Nicola, love your Safari Life quilt! I am piecing together one of the same fabric for a dear friend whose daughter just had her first grandchild. I usually have way too much fabric for each project, but this time I cut it too short. I can only find 1/2 yards. I only need 6-7 five inch squares and I should be okay. If you have any left over would you be willing to sell it? Thanks, Helen

Hi Helen - I didn't have any fabric left over from the baby quilt that I'd made. I hope you manage to find some. Regards, Nicola
