My friendly postman delivered a parcel a couple of days ago. 10 metres of H630 fusible wadding from Cross Patch - I have no idea how Julia managed to pack it so neatly, as when I opened the parcel it practically popped out like a Jack-in-the-box! H630 is my favourite wadding for table runners, place mats, small bags and wall hangings. It adds structure without being too thick, along with being great for both hand and machine quilting. As it's fusible, it saves lots of time as I tend to fuse it to the backing fabric of my project, then spray baste to top to the other side - it doesn't wrinkle and keeps the project nice and flat while it's being quilted. Now my wadding box is full again, I can finish the Corner of the Woods tablerunner!
Hi - welcome to my quilting blog! My passions are my family, my dog, my friends and sewing, not necessarily in that order!
