I'm making good progress with my first Christmas in July project. I'd originally started this project back in January! The hand embroidery was done using Presencia Finca Perle 16 thread, shade 1915. This week I've stitched the fronts and backs of these Sweet Christmas Ornaments together, and inserted the hanging loops. This afternoon I've been sitting in the garden enjoying this glorious weather with some hand sewing. I've used some scraps of wool wadding to fill this one. The first "Sweet Garden Ornament" has been completed - there are just 11 more of these ornaments to stuff, and then close together with ladder stitch!

Nice to see this little cat stitched and made up. My sister gave me the kit in with my Christmas parcel but yet to be done. :) Happy Stitching.
