I haven't done any sewing at all this weekend, as Mr F and me have been on a mini break to Eastbourne to visit my neice who is expecting her first baby. Yesterday we left Mr F with the boys (my neice's fiance, his dad and my nephew) landscaping the garden while we did a spot of sightseeing and then had a lovely lunch down at the Marina..... .....last night Michelle cooked a delicious meal and I prepared one of my infamous Pavlovas..... .....this morning Mr F and me went for a stroll along Beachy Head before heading home to sunny Suffolk. Now I've got to get a baby quilt made asap as this baby will soon be here and it hasn't got a Foreman quilt yet!!

In an earlier blog post, I wrote about some really cute puppies - and this could be the new addition to the Foreman household!! Mr F was really taken with this cute pup, so this little fellow could be coming home with us in the not-too-distant-future..... .....as you can see, it's a real hard life being a puppy, especially when you're only three-weeks-old..... .....this is my gorgeous little god-daughter with another one - they really are so sweet. Now we just need to puppy-proof our home :) Oh dear - do you think puppies like chewing quilts?? |
